The latest actions could incur additional costs after having rescued their nationals stranded in Lebanon following Israeli attacks on Hezbollah.
Kenya, Uganda and Rwanda have separately urged their citizens in Israel and Iran to provide contact details and to keep in touch with their respective diplomatic missions.
